We are looking for an all rounder, a digital marketer who is strong on email marketing and social media to work alongside our websites team. Ideally you will have at least 3-4 years experience, be very hands on, but also able to plan for the future.
This Digital Marketing Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and will focus on driving new business from their new online proposition, via the implementation of a new content engagement plan. The successful Digital Marketing Manager will utilise their direct to consumer marketing experience, and focus on new customer acquisition, and also customer retention via this new online proposition.
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will have strong experience of managing digital marketing campaigns, and be confident challenging strategies and recommendations. The successful Digital Marketing Manager will be comfortable working independently within a flat structure, and be able to take sole responsibility for the new proposition. We would like to see a marketing degree or qualification such as CIM or equivalent, however, this is not essential.
In addition, the successful Digital Marketing Manager will have:
- Proven experience in delivering digital content strategies as a Digital Marketing Manager
- Proven ability around customer retention within a B2C focussed role
- A true passion for digital, keeping fully informed of technological and media innovation; bringing new proposals for test and/or deployment to enable competitive advantage Strong email marketing and social media experience
- Excellent project, supplier management and organisational skills – able to communicate with different areas of the business in an effective manner Experience of inputting to the development of business strategy and then translating that strategy into a series of deliverables / plan
